INTERPLAN is in charge of registration and hotel booking and has pre-booked a number of rooms for the conference delegates for special rates in several hotels in Freising. Please feel free to choose a hotel out of the list according to your individual needs.

All rates are quoted per room and night including breakfast and currently 19 % German VAT. The currency is Euro (€).
Please kindly note that the hotel booking is binding. The number of nights booked will be the basis for the amount charged by the hotel.
Booking Conditions:
Hotel Reservation and Deposit / Guarantee
Please reserve your hotel room within the (online-) registration form for the conference registration. Indicate your hotel of preference. However, INTERPLAN reserves the right to accommodate you in another hotel equivalent to the requested hotel category if the hotel you have chosen is fully booked.
If you decide to book one of the alternative hotels please arrange your booking yourself directly with the hotel. INTERPLAN assumes no responsibility for these arrangements.
The reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
To guarantee your hotel reservation it is necessary to pay a deposit (for the whole stay) or to indicate your credit card details that will be forwarded to the respective hotel as guarantee. If you indicate your credit card (number, expiry date) the reservation is guaranteed and no deposit will be charged. The full stay has to be paid directly in the hotel upon departure in case of payment by credit card.
The hotel reservation will be confirmed only after payment or a credit card has been received!
Modifications / Cancellation for hotel bookings via INTERPLA
Any changes must be forwarded to INTERPLAN in written form, either by e-mail, fax, or letter.
Please note: The hotel reserves the right to charge any changes (later arrival/earlier departure, i.e. lost room nights) received later than the hotels deadline.
A cancellation of the entire booking and/or modification is only free of charge by the date given as deadline in the hotel list above. After this date the hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the full stay in case the room cannot be resold. In case of a cancellation, either the paid deposit will not be paid back or the given credit card may be charged directly by the hotel with the cancellation fee appearing.
All bookings that have not been guaranteed by the respective deadline will be cancelled automatically.
Please inform INTERPLAN and NOT the hotel about any changes regarding arrival and departure dates or room type.
When booking a hotel room within the congress registration the participant agrees to these terms automatically.
