Directions to the TUM-Campus of Freising-Weihenstephan

Arriving by Plane
At Munich Airport go to the Central Area in the basement. Bus 635, which operates every 20 min, will bring you to Freising station (Bahnhof Freising) within 15-20 min (around 2,30 Euro). You can check the schedules at www.mvv-muenchen.de/de/home/fahrgastinformation/efa/fahrtauskunft/index.html

From there, take bus 638 and exit at "Weihenstephan". Or take a taxi from the station (around 8 Euro). Or just step outside the airport and take a taxi (around 20 Euro).

Arriving By Train
Both suburban trains (S-Bahn, S1) and regional trains (operated by DB or ALEX) have stops at Freising. Check schedules at http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/dn

Using the S-Bahn, S1 please note that the train will be separated in “Neufahrn”, the front rail car goes to Freising, the second part goes to the airport.
>From the station take bus 638 to the Campus Weihenstephan and exit at "Weihenstephan", or take a taxi (around 8 Euro).

Arriving By Car
Get off the Autobahn (A92 München-Deggendorf) at Freising Mitte (exit 7), follow the direction to Freising. In Freising, after crossing the railway bridge, turn left at the second traffic light. Make another left turn at the following traffic light into Vöttinger Strasse. Follow the Vöttinger Strasse until you reach the Campus Weihenstephan. There are several parking slots stated on the campus, please follow the signs.
When you arrive from the north (A9, Nürnberg-München), exit at Allershausen (exit 67) and follow the direction to Freising. At the first traffic light in Freising, turn right, follow the street straight on until you come to an intersection, where you turn left. When you have made your way up the hill, you can see the campus Freising-Weihenstephan. Please follow the signs to the parking lots.
