Registration Fees for the Symposium

The registration fee includes the admission charge to the scientific sessions, as well as coffee breaks and light lunch, conference materials including the programme and the book of abstracts. The Reception dinner (March 10) and the Bavarian evening (March 11) will be sponsored and are free of charge for all guests.

To benefit from reduced rates, please return the registration form by December 31, 2009 at the latest. Latest news: the academy has decided to prolong the early bird registration fee until January 31. The late registration fee applies to any forms received after the above mentioned deadline.

You can register for the 1^st International Metabolomics and More Symposium online (please follow the link below). Your registration will be automatically sent to INTERPLAN and your data will be encrypted.

On-site Registration
Registrations received after March 3, 2010 will be processed as on-site registrations and will not be confirmed before the congress. For on-site registration, please show proof of payment or pay directly upon arrival at the registration desk. If payment is processed too late and the conference fee is not credited to the INTERPLAN account by the start of the symposium (bank transfers may take up to 4 working days), a copy of the remittance order certified by your bank must be supplied as proof of payment. On-site registration is generally possible.

Cancellation Policy
INTERPLAN must be notified of any cancellations in writing, either by letter, fax or e-mail. Cancellations received on or before January 15, 2010 will receive a full refund minus a

€ 100.00 (€ 50.00 for students) processing fee.

For cancellation received after January 15, 2010 no refund can be made.

Cancellation of hotel booking
Please see the booking conditions in the “Accommodation” section. The deadlines for free cancellation may differ at the various hotels.

Payment of registration fees
Payments by bank transfer fees must be paid to the INTERPLAN account within two weeks after registration, at the latest one week before the congress (by March 3, 2010). The only currency accepted is Euro (€).
